You cannot use text that, directly or indirectly (including slang or coded phrases), proposes, mentions, solicits, or promotes illegal activities. You cannot use material protected by copyright or trademarks of others, such as song lyrics, poetry, literary quotes, or someone else's likeness. You cannot describe genitals in a sexually suggestive manner. You cannot describe or imply activities such as hypnosis, blackmail, financial domination, bestiality, hate crimes, violence, incest, blood, fecal matter, urination, age play, or activities involving torture or pain. You cannot solicit or appear to solicit illegal activities. Xelite.ch is an inclusive platform and does not allow discriminatory language or code words. This includes racist, homophobic, transphobic, or derogatory language toward any group.
Photos / Visual Content
Xelite.ch does not accept visual content subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257. Any photos representing real or simulated sexual activity will be rejected.
Any photo or visual content you provide MUST NOT:
- Depict or suggest that a person, real or simulated, is under 18 years of age. Xelite.ch reserves the right to request age verification documents from any advertiser. Verification requires a clear color copy of a government-issued photo ID, which can be submitted via a clear color scan on the Xelite.ch website or emailed to Xelite.ch.
- Expose or make visible the genital area, vulva, or anus of a person, whether nude or visible through opaque or semi-opaque clothing. Blurring or visually modifying unacceptable parts of the photo is not allowed.
- Show the subject of the photograph with the genital area or buttocks (covered or not) as the predominant focal point of the image.
- Display or suggest real or simulated sexual activity, self-stimulation, or sexual toys.
- Depict or imply pain or activities causing pain. Facial expressions suggesting pain or distress are not acceptable.
- Depict or imply illegal activities.
- Depict violence in any form.
Xelite.ch does not allow images with stickers, emojis, Snapchat-style filters, borders, or text (except for discreet watermarks). Photos must be of high quality and align with Xelite.ch's branding. We reserve artistic discretion over images that do not meet these guidelines. We track account activity and assign scores. Accounts with low scores may require video/photo verification. If you cannot accept verifying your identity, you should not advertise on Xelite.ch. We reserve the right to remove advertising profiles without notice for serious violations.
